and not from a hoteliers. We don’t
believe in the traditional cookie
cutter model, and believe that each
city deserves a unique Peppermint
experience. So while you will get
the same level of service (and
hopefully price!), you will also get
a fresh updated hotel experience
every time a new Peppermint comes

Food is the common thread that
brings people together. We want to
give you unique dining experiences
that are based on sharing and
caring. Our restaurants are
interactive and all our concepts
come with the freshest food cooked
to your liking in front of you. We
want you to partake in the process,
and we want to you and your family
to come and learn how to cook that
lovely chicken sandwich that you
would have paid thousands for, but
we show you for nothing! |

Punjabi, Aiyayo for South India,
Crave for deli foods, Eat Etc which
is a melting pot quasi coffee shop
concept, and Bento our Japanest
concept. |

typical budget place where we ask
for you take your own bags up, or
make yourself a coffee. We are a
HOTEL. |

| Face it, you get
enough flak at home. Your wife asks
you to hang up your own shirt, your
husband asks you to make him a cup
of coffee! We don’t expect you to do
anything here. Instead we offer the
basic services of chai in the
morning, and someone to answer your
phone if you want to request for an
alka seltzer after that mad night of
partying. You’re in a hotel – we
expect you to be served! |

simple newspaper?????? We’ve
simplified it all. Just Dial 9 for
anything (anything legal, that is!).
We like the simplicity of having to
not remember more than needed. We
like to travel light knowing that if
we need anything, it is available at
MintRetail. We like to uncomplicate,
unclutter, unfuss our lives – and
thought you might want to do the
same too! |

would have limited your experience,
which we don’t want to. Hence we are
trained to say YES first. We
endeavor to fulfill even your
unexpressed desires, and should it
become humanly impossible to do so,
we will then tell you. Until then,
